2025-26 School Year Contracted Hourly Rate: $86.00 per/hour.*

*Contracted rate typically includes direct service minutes, indirect service minutes, IEP meetings, Third Party Billing/documentation, and travel time for sites with <5 students within the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Sites contracted to serve less than 5 students may be subject to a different hourly rate.

One-Time Academic Consultation: Includes one 45-minute virtual consultation (with or without student/child), 30-minute follow-up virtual meeting to share findings and recommendations, and an electronic copy of recommendations list. $210 flat rate. Common consultation topics include handwriting, seating/postural assessment, and/or sensory diet management.

Group In-Services: Prices and topic areas may vary. $300/hour. Example: 2-hour In-Service = $600 flat rate.
